- I am a 57 year old woman and I am disabled but am in college at Kaplan. I am very interested in going as far as I can go in college. I hope to be able to work online since I cannot leave my home to work. I have started back up with quilting for the kids where I live at. I have made quilts many years ago for my grandchildren but I felt like they didn't turn out as well as these are. I did at one point many years ago worked and the time spent on them wasn't like it is now. I and my mother made a quilt almost 2 1/2 years ago for my great grand baby and her great great grand baby. That is what got me going again and this time I am taking my time on them so they are looking better. I have 2 grown daughters and 9 grandchildren and 1 great grand baby and one on the way. I have also birds. I have 1 love bird female, 1 parakeet female, 2 cocketails male and female.
